RENTAL HOMES
We built our three ranch homes in a peaceful, secluded area of Rancho Primavera. They are decorated with crafts and paintings created by local artisans.
They overlook a small, natural pond frequented by native birds like egrets, herons and ducks. You may enjoy the pond with the use of our small rowboat or our stand-up paddle board, or simply watch the wildlife and nearby horses from the dock and terraces overlooking the pond. The homes are surrounded by a garden landscaped with native plants that encourage visitation by the resident wildlife, birds and butterflies. You will prepare your own meals in the well-stocked kitchens or dine in the nearby villages.
Price: $95/night or $570 USD per week for Adobe and Villa Carpintero and Casa Colibri is $60/night or $360/week.

Adobe Home
Adobe House is set above the idyllic pond and the kitchen, living room and bedroom all have a full view of the pond with their large windows.One bedroom with a king size bed, one full and one half bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The living room has two sofas which can also be used for sleeping.
The bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom decorated in beautiful blue tile. There is a half bath off the kitchen and a washing machine for your convenience. There is a patio where you can take your meals or just relax. As the name suggests, we built the adobe house with adobe bricks made on the property.
Home #2: Villa Carpintero Home
Carpintero Home
Villa Carpintero is nestled among trees and overlooks the pond. It has a large bedroom with two full sized beds and its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a kitchen nook that can be used as a second bedroom with its two extra-wide benches that can be used as a sleeping area.The living room also has two sofas which can also be used for sleeping.There is a second full bathroom off the hallway. There is a covered terrace off the living room which has a table and chairs for relaxing and a view of the pond.
Home 3: Casa Colibri
Casa Colibri is a small house. One bedroom with a queen size bed. A small kitchen and living area which has a day bed. The delightful porch is a great place to watch birds while you dine.
